Domestic Shipping
Orders within the U.S. are processed and fulfilled from our warehouses across the country. Once your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours (Monday - Friday) to process and ship.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. However, please be aware that during peak seasons, such as year-end, limited-edition drops, or sales periods, processing times may be longer.
After dispatch, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2-7 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays or special launches.
For domestic orders over $100 USD, we offer complimentary standard shipping (2-5 business days). We use top carriers such as DHL, USPS, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout. Please note that shipments are processed only on U.S. business days. We will send you an email with tracking information once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your shipment's journey.
International Shipping
For customers outside the United States, we offer UPS International Shipping, calculated in real-time at checkout. Import/customs fees may apply, depending on your country.
FUQUETTE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, or transportation strikes. Any extra fees, customs duties, or backend charges incurred after your package leaves the U.S. are the customer's responsibility.
Standard International UPS Shipping takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification with your tracking number via email once it becomes available.
Customs Information
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any customs fees, delays, or incorrect shipping information provided. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order and provide a tracking number.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking code.
Lost Packages
We are not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates successful delivery and the shipping address matches your provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
